It was easy to make an appointment. They confirmed all services to be performed. I requested that the car be ready for pick up at a specific time and they had it ready prior to that time. All work was completed as requested and in a timely fashion. The entire process was excellent

I normally give great reviews, but I have mixed feelings
I normally give great reviews, but I have mixed feelings about my latest service. The actual service was excellent, however there was a controversy regarding the tire rotation. Apparently, the dealership's special locking socket for my locking lug nuts was unusable. They asked if they could use mine. I didn't even know that I had one, and I was unaware were it would be in my car. They couldn't find one in my RDX, but they did find one that they could use in their stock. They said they also found a spare one that I could have. Getting into my vehicle, I noticed that my center console was completely turned over. My wife's handicap tag was bent and the glove box was completely trashed. When I got home, I put everything back where it belonged, but I could not find the special locking lug nut key that I was supposed to get. I went back to the dealership to ask where they put the part. The service writer didn't know. He came back with another gentleman with a tray of various lugs to see if one would fit my locking lug nuts. None would fit. They told me that I could get a new socket and locking lug nut set for abour $30. Needless to say, I was pissed. Why should I have to pay for something that I apparently never knew I had, or was supposed to have had, but didn't. I guess to appease me, they gave me an old, rusty looking socket to have. The day was saved however, when the man that originally came out with the tray of sockets, came out with a brand new set of locking lug nuts and socket set. He replaced all of the locking lug nuts with the new set and gave me the special socket. For him, I give him 5 stars, but the overall experience did not rate 5 stars.

Ciara has excellent customer service skills.
Ciara has excellent customer service skills. She is pleasant to work with, competent, communicative, and efficient. We have a MDX and a RDX and I wouldn’t take either car anywhere else for service based on Ciara and good workmanship.
