Great Experience!

After going to lots of dealerships, I went here not very hopeful. I was wrong about this place. The staff was super friendly and customer oriented. Understood my troubles with other dealerships and worked on not repeating them. They had a great selection of the trucks I was looking for and gave me a great deal. I will be returning for any other car needs! BTW, ask for Lane.

Shopping for a new car over a long distance

I live in Perinton New York and had to replace my SUV as my old one was deemed more to repair than its value. I wanted a Chevrolet Traverse and was unable to find one with the options I wanted Within 1000 miles until I found Loyalty Chevrolet on auto trader with the vehicle I wanted. I called and spoke with Clint Payne who was the most helpful and courteous sales individual have ever dealt with. Clint followed up on every detail to help me complete the purchase via phone, email, FedEx, and even picking me up at the airport. We completed the sale and I drove my new Traverse home that same day I flew in. Great dealership!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Clint Payne with Loyalty Chevrolet and Cadillac. I let him know that I had my eye on a 2021 Suburban and he was in close contact with me for several months while we waited for one to be available. When one came in he made sure to do everything we could beforehand to make the process quick and efficient when I got their to trade in my vehicle. I was in and out in under 2 hours!! Everyone at their location was welcoming and so nice. This is the place to go if you are looking for a new car!

Mallory Burcham was such a great help advising service scheduled for my Silverado. She was prepared and provided quotes and got me an appointment right away. When I picked up my vehicle she answered all questions and escorted me to my vehicle. Thank you Mallory and the service department.

Good service

My car was acting up. When I called, Kaitlyn Spencer gave me an appointment for the very next day. My car had to stay for a couple of days so Kaitlyn made sure I got home and made sure the van picked me up the next day. It was a good experience.

Kudos to Loyalty Chevrolet's Service Dept.

Another great experience a Loyalty Chevrolet, I called to schedule service & was set up quickly. When I got there I was greeted by Kaitlyn Spencer, she got me checked in & told me approx how long it would take. When I picked my truck up Kaitlyn walked me out to my truck to make sure that the mechanic had removed the paper floor mats & everything was ok. It's the little things like this that keeps me coming back. Service was scheduled quickly, service was completed on time & Service department was great & goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of correctly. If you need service give Kaitlyn Spencer a call she will take good care of you..
