Throughout the entire process I was lied to repeatedly by the “sales managers. I bought a used vehicle and the salesman knew nothing about it and could make no decisions There was a couple of issues that were agreed upon to be fixed and they were to make arrangements to have it done I had to handle this myself and then was lied to about one issue that a mgr assured me was going to be looked at. I was told then by the different Stivers location that they were told not to look at this issue.

Showed us exactly what we looking for... not unreasonable pressure to 'up-sell'... took me for test drive... answered questions. Good follow up communication. I do not enjoy purchasing cars typically and they made it as easy as possible.
