Terrible, never again here.

Worst car buying experience in my life. Salesman lied to me. General Manager was terrible. Took them over 6 months to get my tags after purchase. (Mind you the temp tag was only 30 days) They refused to renew it or give me another. They tried to buy my trade in for 25% what it was worth. It was in excellent condition with low mileage. Even after saying they would pay $3000 over KBB for it. Terrible place, terrible people. Never will I shop here again. I do NOT recommend buying from this place. Awful, Shameful. This place is the epitome of the stereotypical 'used car salesman' lies and deceit.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and want to share my experience. Everyone was very professional. I never felt rushed or pressured and the buying experience was flawless. When I came home and had questions about the new car, he tried to get me all the answers. He went out of his way to try to help me. He did not give up and followed through even after he had already made the sale. He initiated and/or returned all phone calls. This is how a salesperson should treat all customers. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS ALL THESE DEALERSHIPS ARE INTERNET SELLING FOR CHEAP THEN SAYING THE PRICEIS AFTER $1995 DOWN. AND THEN A ADDED $5000.SO THAT CAR FOR $17,777 TURN OUT TO BE 24777. THEN TAX ON THAT. SO CAR ENDS UP COSTING 26 OR 27K FOR 58000 MILES

Amazing and Professional experience.

Amazing and Professional experience. Vinny was on point!!! Came from out of state from Connecticut and drove here for 2 hours and everything Vinnie said would happen did. I was well informed and buying a car was a smooth process. He was extremely informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly trustworthy and professional. Very pleased to say the least! I will recommend to friends and family without hesitation. Ask for Vinnie he will make it happen!!! I spoke to him at 2 pm and by the evening at 9 pm- I was approved and driving out with my car! No games- pure business. He's the real deal!
