We came friday and I would never buy a car from from your dealership .The experience in store was terrible. We had jack as a salesman and we misled by internet sales team knew oursituation guranteed could help us before we went to dealership could get a car drove up there I work for a big corporation The dealer got our information never let us know running credit. came back told us sorry without 5000 down we cant help yall. Past experiences you normally sign a document before running. and the salesman lost my keys and we drove home on second only to find out he had keys we were low on gas asked what l they could do to help us was told sorry nothing. We came back in dealership and aked for manager. Nothing was done.

My experience at this Ford dealership was beyond
My experience at this Ford dealership was beyond disappointing. I had scheduled an appointment to view a specific truck and took time off work to be there. Despite confirming my appointment, I arrived only to be informed that the truck had already been sold. The lack of communication and disregard for my time was completely unprofessional. They wasted my time and money by not informing me in advance. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this dealership. I would strongly advise against dealing with them. Find a dealership that respects your time and communicates effectively. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

After having some issues with my car the sale manager Kyle Hemion immediately wanted to fix this problem and made sure everything was taken care off. Very professional and understanding.My car is perfect now and I love it. Every dealership needs a man like Kyle. Thank you for your quick response to make this right but mostly for your kindness.. I took my vehicle in for a standard service (non air
I took my vehicle in for a standard service (non air conditioner related) and my AC did not blow cold when i got my truck back. This is the 3 time this exact same thing has happened. This never happened when I have taken my vehicle to another FORD dealership just 3 weeks eairlier for another simular service. I truly think they GENERATE service calls by messing with my AC by tampering with the unit while they have it.

This is a general online sales disappointment.
This is a general online sales disappointment. So, a few of their sales team post ads on their 'personal' Facebook accounts in Marketplace to drive sales. Problem is, at least one (initials E.L.) is posting false ads to generate interest (bait and switch). When I direct messaged E.L. last night, he replied with this, "That ad was not meant for that specific vehicle (pictured) it was to gain traction." They should do better. A manager should train or at least monitor what their sales staff are doing before someone hits them with the South Carolina Unfair Trade Practice Act, Section 39-5-10, which carries a civil penalty of $5,000 each occurrence.

I was at Stokes Hodges Ford to have my oil change on my 2016 Mustang GT. The Customer Service was awful. Had 12:30 pm oil change appointment. After waiting 35 minutes my car had not move. I was told it would be about 1 to 2 hours due to they was double book. They will not get any more of my business.

Stay away
This is a classic case of once they get your money they could care less. First service since purchasing the car here and it was like pulling crocodile teeth to get ANY information. First time coming for service so I didn't know the procedure and they didn't bother telling me either. I set an appointment at 10:30. I was there, they weren't ready. Didn't even address me when I got there so I'm strolling aimlessly, obviously lost, approached the desk, guy on hold on the phone didn't bother saying anything. Once they finally get my car I ask about concierge and they say they don't have anyone and they will arrange it for me. Keep in mind. I asked about this and arranged this the day before so I could be ready. I asked what was the appointment for, people have things to do so we make schedules? The same guy that never addressed me (can now all of a sudden talk) says "appointments are just for us." I said, "no appointments are for all parties involved so we can make schedules around it." He begins to argue with me, saying the appointment has nothing to do with me or anyone else, just them. They finally get me a ride, in a work truck that smelled like cigarettes with another customer who was waiting on a ride. Once I get home, almost immediately they tell me my car is ready. I tell them I'll have to arrange a way to get there to which he tells me they could have come gotten my car and dropped it off. That would have been incredibly convenient to know BEFORE this incident which caused me to miss my appointment. Completely appalling experience. A lot of employees standing around talking to each other while all the customers looked lost. I would not recommend getting service here. I wish I could transfer it to the Lincoln dealership in Augusta. They are far better at everything.

I will never buy another Ford
I ordered parts early in the week. I was told the parts would be in by Friday or Saturday. Called late afternoon Friday, I was told parts were in. Saturday morning go to pick them up and 1 of 3 gaskets is missing. Told me I wouldn't be able to pick up the gasket until Monday. The gaskets I received were from opened packages. They ordered the parts from Lakeland Ford. Wast of time and money. No more Fords for me. Ford ownership goes back 100 years in my family. Also, I tried to buy checkballs for transmission, they wanted $9.00/piece for .25 rubber balls. I got Harken Torlon .25" for $ .37/piece. They wanted $156 for 14 rubber checkballs that are inferior to the Harken torlon balls.

Beware
As in previous reviews on the same issue,bought a vehicle 2022 Maverick,got a runaround for GAP insurance check from trade in had to go to another dealership to pick it up,many trips for various registration issues. At present,I’m still waiting for my plates and was promised that a temporary plate would be overnighted early last week. Haven’t gotten that yet as well. Hellacious and Shoddy business dealings,I’d be careful about dealing with these “Joker’s”. Not a thing about the experience is noteworthy as they weren’t even able to address the issues with our previous vehicle ,which is why we bought another in the first place.
