Ryan met us on the lot and showed us a couple of vehicles before we decided on one in particular. He was able to answer our questions and to show us the many features of the various models we looked at. He helped us all the way through selection and understanding the many features of our particular model, being sure we understood the features and how to use them. Good salesman.

Working with the Mazda of Gladstone dealership was very easy. From the start, Lynn contacted me via phone and was very straightforward in setting the expectations for what to expect upon coming in to the dealership. Emileigh was very personable and relatable on the test drive and negotiations. She was genuinely interested in what my wife and I do for work and our interests were and didn't create any pressure. Lynn was also in the office when we came by and she was very excited to see and speak to us in person. Overall a great experience. I'm positive that we'll be visiting again for our next vehicle (Mazda) purchase!

So, I've been looking for an SUV for many, many months. Had my heart set on a Hyundai Tucson but decided to perform my complete due diligence first and just happen to stop by Gladstone Mazda this past Saturday. Emileigh greeted me and proceeded to sell me on a new CX-5. She's very knowledgeable in answering every question I had and offered a very pleasing & helpful attitude. (Something that is sadly lacking at most Dealerships today!) Today, I decided to buy the car. Although it would have been very easy to purchase it at a Dealership much closer to my home, I decided to drive the thirty miles and give Emileigh and Mazda of Gladstone my business. They earned it!! Everyone there was most helpful, including Alex Parra.

I put out a request for bids on Friday morning, having already done my homework and initial test drive of the 2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. I knew exactly what I wanted, and Lynn Sanchez was the first to contact me with pricing on exactly what I asked for. Other similar bids came as well, some for vehicles that weren't EXACTLY what I asked for. Bids were all within a few hundred bucks of each other, and I would rather deal with someone close to home. When I showed up after work, she (and my car) were waiting. I did another test-drive (just to be sure), while Lynn pointed out the various features on the vehicle that were new to me. I would have signed the papers immediately, but my husband wanted to test drive, which delayed the sale until the next morning. I arrived Saturday morning first thing and my car was freshly detailed and waiting for me. Got a fair price for my trade in, and a loyalty discount, and zero percent financing, making me content that I got a decent deal. The only hard-sell came during the paper-signing when they really wanted me to buy the extended warranty; this is true with every dealer I've ever dealt with, and is not a reflection of Mazda Gladstone. The paperwork guy was very nice, so I politely turned down the warranty offer several times. I'm a gambler like that. Anyway, once papers were signed, Lynn spent plenty of time teaching me about the GPS, Bluetooth, fancy door locks, and other features on the fanciest car I've ever purchased. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very personable as well, and I would definitely recommend her if you're looking for a new Mazda. Got to meet the parts and service staff as well, as they will be seeing me in the future for routine service. Entire staff was great!

The test drive and sales experience was great. I felt that Manny listened to what I did and didn't want in my Mazda CX-5 and had the perfect vehicle lined up to test drive the following day, which I did end up buying! They make you feel really special and bring the car in to the showroom to show it off when your purchase is complete. He spent a good deal of time explaining the vehicle features after the purchase which was super-helpful. I had a part to pick up the next day and they made sure it was ready for me when I arrived. The Parts & Service man was very helpful and courteous too.

Sales associate Alex Parra and Sales Manager Chad were great to deal with on the purchase of my 2016 Mazda 6. They went the extra mile to find the specific model/colors I wanted and were very professional with the negotiating process. I left with the car I wanted at a very fair price. (I had a completely opposite experience with the folks at Royal Moore Mazda in Hillsboro) I recommend this dealership and Alex for your next car.

Lynn Sanchez of Mazda Gladstone was very helpful for me to get the 2016.5 Mazda cx-5 GT the fastest and easiest way. Her expertise in the car business not only helped me undertand well the complexeties of car buying (being a first time buyer) it even helped me get a better rate for my car loan!

I'm not sure that most people would describe buying a car as a wonderful experience, but ours really was. I so appreciated the honest communication, professionalism and kindness of the staff at Gladstone Mazda. From start to finish, I felt like I was working with people who really understood my needs and did everything they could to help me find just the right car for a price I could afford.
