Still waiting for multiple people to talk to there

Still waiting for multiple people to talk to there manager. They sold me a rust module but didn't bother to install it or schedule to have it installed. I WANT MY $1000 back yes it can go back to the bank. Going on 5 weeks of runaround. Also didn't bother to have the recall taken care of. It's only been in recall for 8 months pretty sure they could have figured that out. But I guess that's my problem also

I would not recommend Candy Cars NY to anyone.

I would not recommend Candy Cars NY to anyone. I purchased a car from them that turned out to be a complete lemon — issues started almost immediately after driving off the lot. I was told the car was in good condition, but clearly, they either didn’t inspect it properly or chose not to disclose the real problems. I’ve spent more on repairs than the car is even worth. Communication after the sale was terrible, and I felt misled throughout the process. Be very careful if you decide to do business with them — do your homework and get everything in writing. This experience felt like fraud, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

The dealership overall was great, and I appreciated the honesty of the finance manager—but my experience with sales associate Scottie Warren was frustrating and misleading. Scottie repeatedly told me the vehicle was “in transit” and claimed it was dealership policy not to discuss pricing until the car was physically on the lot. I later found out—after speaking directly with the finance manager—that the car had been sitting at an offsite location for four days, and that Scottie knew this the entire time. It became clear that this approach was just a classic sales tactic to get me emotionally invested before talking numbers. Luckily, the finance manager was transparent and upfront. He even confirmed that the deal I had from another dealership wasn’t something they could match—something Scottie could’ve told me from the start. If you’re considering this dealership, I’d recommend working directly with management and avoiding unnecessary runarounds.
