I came into the dealership with the idea that I was
I came into the dealership with the idea that I was leaving with an upgrade and I did just that. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and professional. He assisted me with my trade in and rushed around to be sure I could leave with my new car. They were all very welcoming, kind, and the dealership was very clean! I also quite enjoyed the very fancy coffee machine lol

Had a 9:00am appointment.
Had a 9:00am appointment. At 11:00 was told there was a nail in my tire, and it was not reparable. Gave me a quote for new tire, but shopped around, and got a better price, and the new tire was installed that same day. A two hour wait is not acceptable, since I did have an appointment.

Absolutely NO pressure.
Absolutely NO pressure. Very friendly. I knew what I wanted when I arrived. John explained the different packages he could offer. Basically, had the car within 24 hrs. Hard to beat that.
