My visit to Jarrett Ford of Charlotte County started with a glimmer of hope, quickly extinguished by the antics of one Victor. Initially, the experience was promising, but it soon became clear that Victor's memory was as reliable as a politician's promise. Despite my explicit requests, he seemed to have selective amnesia when it came to remembering what I wanted. Used vehicles? Apparently, they were invisible to him. And when it came to negotiating a price, instead of, you know, actually negotiating, Victor decided to channel his inner comedian and laugh at my offer. Instead of trying to find a vehicle that fit my budget, he chose to mock my attempt at being financially responsible. If you're looking for a car-buying experience filled with frustration, forgetfulness, and laughter at your expense, then Victor at Jarrett Ford is your guy. As for me, I'll take my business elsewhere, where my requests are heard and my offers are treated with respect, not ridicule.
