Awesome first experience
I can not say anything more than Joey Greco was the best. Took a lot of time with my husband and I buying our van even colored while we waited with my baby. He's the best very personable very sweet.. would deffently go to him again

I have bought two cars from James Ford in Williamson from joey greco and I'll never buy a car from anyone else! He is truly an awesome salesman and will do anything and everything in his power to get your needs met. As long as he is selling cars I'm buying them from him I'd recommend Joey Greco at James Ford to anyone I love both of my Nissan's I have gotten from them!!!!!! Not selling you a car/ NOT shopping but cant skip
Got card for a prize. Made phone call & agreed to a set time to visit dealer, why did I need a set time? Disrespectful when walked in the door, sales person said he would buy me a drink in a bar. I'm old enough to be most of their mothers. Assured he was not selling a car, came from out of state & here to help with prizes. Before I knew it there was a car running and I was invited to test drive. Numerous times I asked about my prize and said I did not want a car. As afternoon progressed (about5 1/2 hrs) they were checking for a loan, I still believed they could NEVER get loan for amount presently paying. Said I could get own loan but they could do better. Guess what, I found one the next day for 4 % less. The finance man did not even know the name of the salesman because he was not a regular. (stick to own people). The next day the person I had called (also out of state) called to see if I had gone to check on the prize. She evidently was never updated to the purchase. I was angry. I really did not need to go through all of this!

2015 Nissan Pathfinder
A big shout out to Joey Greco the most helpful sales associate he made my car buying experience great not only once but twice . I totaled my new vehicle that I only had for a couple of months. He was so helpful in getting back in the driver's seat of my second one. I bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. Which like I said got totalled after 2 months went back Joey Greco helped me get back in the driver's seat of a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and I love he even came out and meet me halfway to finalize my paperwork on a really bad snowy freezing cold day so I didn't have to drive all the way back Highly recommend Joey to everyone looking for a car

Experience from xxxx!!!!
Nobody at James Ford or Ford Finance knows what they are doing. Don't have enough room here to say what a horrible experience we have had. Leased a car from them and when time to lease again, we chose another dealership and nobody at James Ford knew what to do to process our returned Ford. its been a nightmare to say the least. And still it is not over. its been 3 weeks going thru xxxx with these people . I "strongly advise" you not to buy or lease thru James Ford/Ford Finance.
