Fast, friendly service!
This is my second time dealing with transmission issues in a 5 year old vehicle. My first experience with another dealership made me very apprehensive, but I was pleasantly surprised! It took the other dealership 4-5 weeks to get approval and replace my transmission with a used one. Encore got approval and put in a new transmission AND replaced a closckspring in less than 2 days! I will definitely take my vehicle back.

Worst service department
Worst service department ever. Service department damaged/tore black trim under my hood. The torn trim was hanging out from under my hood. The service manager was rude and would not replace the trim. Will never do business with these people or take my car for service there again. Should have learned the first time I took my car and got two dents in the door, of course I paid for that to be repaired.
