You should be able to leave zero stars. Where to start with how bad this business is? My car was there a week, I called multiple times a day because no one ever would call me back. The loaner I was told I would get, never happened. The part that they will call me about on Friday? No call. When I finally am told that my car is repaired, the following Tuesday, I go to pick it up, the battery is dead. I waited over 90 minutes, with no idea if I'd be walking out of there with a car. There was zero communication and the staff was very condecending. Was told, "well maybe they left the lights on, and I should calm down." Was promised that by 5pm that day Justin, the manager would call me. Was I suprised to never receive a call? No I was not. Very telling of how the entire dealership. Disgusted in every aspect. Obviously I will never return to the dealership but they have managed to turn me off from ever getting a VW again and if I could get out of my current lease I would in a heartbeat

Most unprofessional dealership I have dealt with.
Most unprofessional dealership I have dealt with. Appointment schedule lid for 7:30 am; service advisor doesn’t show up til 7:45am; then tells me the car won’t get worked on until the mechanics come in which is around 8:15-8:30am. I’m thinking to myself “why have an appointment for an hour before the mechanics show up?”. Work to performed was oil change and to adjust the washer sprayer that was shooting over the roof of the car. Service advisor said it should take 1.5 hours. 30 minutes later the car was “done”. They claimed they are not allowed to adjust the sprayer as that is how it comes from the factory! Service Manager indicated there is nothing that can be done about the sprayer. Somewhat confused, I went to the car and noticed that the oil change light was still on. Great attention to detail, didn’t notice the service light when driving the car out of the garage? As they were working on resetting that, I googled VW sprayer adjustment and a video came showing a torx screw right next to the sprayer that is used to lower and raise the sprayer. Brought this to the attention of the Service Manager and he indicated that they don’t do DYI repairs. How is this a DYI repair if it is a video posted by a VW dealer. He stuck with his story that this is a DYI repair and that is how the sprayer came from the factory and it cannot be fixed. When I got home I purchased the service manual for $13 and within 2 minutes found the instructions on how to adjust the sprayer in addition that it was listed as one of the work to be completed for on the the service intervals. Also spoke with the general manager about the quality of service and it didn’t appear that he cared either.

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever did business with,
This is the worst dealership I’ve ever did business with, they promised things and don’t stand up to there commitments. I purchased 2022 Atlas with a rear driver side door that doesn’t close all the way showed it to the sales manager he said it looks out of line, he said he would see what he can do, I haven’t heard from him in almost 3wks. CARFAX said this car has only been in 1 minor accident on the driver frontside. When I looked at the car he had damage from front to back on the passenger side, I was told the scratches would be fixed and the dent in the rear door would be fixed by there body repair guy, he touched up the scratches but he told me he doesn’t do dents.I dnt know how the front tires passsed inspection a week after I purchased the vehicle I was in a snow storm and the font end was sliding everywhere.

MOST AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Horrible bait and switch dealership! Made a deal over the phone for a Golf R for 2.4k off and switched it once I traveled an hour away. Their female sales manager couldn’t care less and was laughing in my face. They said no add ons only processing paperwork and when I got their Completly different story. I was speaking to DEBRA she has no say whatsoever. I made the bid on the car at 10am and she called me at 3pm to say offer has been accepted. BUYER BEWARE
