The service was fine, Chris Gray is outstanding and provides great customer service. I have issue with the expense of the service and believe the diagnostic charge should have been waived especially concerning the leak was obvious, I was getting the work done at the dealership, I bring my cars here for all mechanical service, and the job was easy.

Great Tex’s. Service contact manages you from the time you call for service, when you arrive, while you wait or assists with courtesy car. Right thru check out. Service Manage has great group. I have come to Bradshaw‘a for over 20 years.

Our salesman was very friendly and informative. He was not pushy or aggressive. He answered all questions and explained everything. I would recommend Bradshaw Dealership to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.

Took an extra day to complete service not Good however work done was completed well with no issues as a regular customer of Bradshaw maybe Next time we can get all work done in Same day as original advised

There was a lot of confusion having to do with my repairs. I had already been there and was told at that time no one was available to work on my truck issue. They rescheduled my appointment and set me up for a loaner vehicle. I had to cancel this appointment due to life happening. Set another appointment and when got there the person was on vacation who knew my issues and we had already worked everything out. But I had a new customer care rep for service and apparently there were no notes left in the system and this brought up a lot of confusion and I was told I had no warranty left . After short conversation of telling them to give me my keys and I would go elsewhere the manager or team leader stepped in to help. Afterwards everything eventually worked out and my truck was repaired under my warranty. So I’m giving 4 stars for the hassle of the experience. The repair was awesome and did the trick.

Always great service at Bradshaw. I usually work with Terry Kitchens and he always keeps me informed of the status of service and what is required to assure reliable operation and performance to spec. This visit was a failed turbo on my wife’s 2017 Buick Cascada which was diagnosed and replaced in a timely manner. Nicely done.

Anytime we have taken our Equinox to Bradshaw Chevrolet we have been greeted and treated very nice. We received a phone call promptly concerning the explanation and price.
