Great service. I was very impressed with the staff and the way we were treated. I am a very educated consumer and I had done my homework on the vehicle that I wanted. They did not try to play games with me like the dealership in Asheville did. I highly recommend Bradshaw. 5 star for sure.

Taking car there for a Airbag recall costed me money they made a mistake and tried to make me pay $100 per to fix it. I have an airbag light on now

Bradshaw Automotive Group responded privately on 7/22/21 11:29 AM Please contact Ken Harris, Service Manager at 864-303-7268. The recall replaces a defective deployment module only. We will assist on the diagnosis and contact GM to apply for assistance if the air bag indicator in on for another reason than the deployment module installed. Ken

Well the collision department should not own a license they did a job on my ride al rite needless to say they don't have no worries about me coming back or recommending anyone please don't let these people con you to.

Howard Bush, my service writer, is always very courteous and helpful when dealing with my automobiles. He is always eager to answer my questions and get me the right answer from the technician. Wouldn’t use anybody else. Jim Pickett is also awesome. Very helpful over the years.
