Don't take their word for anything. They screwed over a 23 year old kid within a hour of getting his car on his own after they gave him their word. Not a way to do good business.

Worst experience in my history of car purchases. Car was apparently detailed yet stains all over the interior. That didn't get to me and I will clean it myself no problem. Broken passenger seat adjustment that one I could take because it's something I didn't see during inspection. Zero floor mats on a $50,000 car?? Never heard of that in my life!! But even that i can overlook and brush off. Arranged for the car to be delivered to the shop I had my rental through so I could return it. They said they would drop it off to me and I could drive it home from there. Heated seats on high, heat going and in sport mode the car arrives at the rental center with 32 miles worth of charge 28 miles from my house!! So I drove to the fast charge station 3 miles from my house to charge up only to find out they forgot to put the charge adapter in the car. Their own picture on their site clearly has the Tesla charge bag but I suppose that's just a prop. I made it home with 1 mile to spare and a car at zero charge. Called and let them know them know they never included the charger and the response is what fired me up "Do you want to drive here and pick it up?"!!! So now it's basically wait for the trickle charger to charge the battery enough to get to a Tesla charging station (31 Miles away at about 3 miles per hour charging with the trickle charger they included). So in other words charge my car for 20hrs to be on the safe side. Basically I can not drive my new car for 2 days. Now a day later and have a slow leak on the driver side rear tire. I will be skipping this dealership from here on out and will advise people to do the same.

I was told the car was ready to pick up(Saturday), i call before i get on the road they said it needs new “tires” and was told It would be ready monday i put down a deposit to secure the car for pick up the following week they tell me the car is still not ready a day before because of “tires” and the salesman i was originally working with left(quit/fired) and no one ever followed up with me to let me know! I already had the car financed and insured. After all this inconvenience they were not willing to accommodate me even a little! STAY AWAY!

SHADY DEALSERSHIP!! I found a car on the lot, was told that I couldn't test drive because it was being repaired. Then had an appointment on Monday that the salesperson did not show up for. I rescheduled the appointment for Tuesday at 430 and they sold the car before I arrived. This is NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!! They also want a $1,000 deposit in order to hold a car. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Great facility. Rob was my salesman. No pressure, very clean car, and I was treated with respect. The owner even came out to greet me! If you’re looking for a great car, great experience come to Twins of Dublin and definitely ask for Rob!
