From the man who held open the service door for me, to Christine behind the counter, Larry the shuttle driver, & Barbara the cashier, I was greeted with smiles, professionalism & courteousness. Thank you to your entire staff!

I love the new valet parking! It was raining, I couldn't find a parking spot, and had circled the lot once already; then I saw the attendant and he offered to park it for me. I wasn't sure if I should have tipped him tho. Then my favorite morning show was on in the lounge (thanks!) Then my vehicle was done sooner than promised- that was nice. The representative came out and THOROUGHLY explained to me exactly what was done, and advised me. I especially appreciate the completeness of that explanation. The cashier wasn't the friendliest person. I was trying to ask her a question but she seemed to talk right over me, maybe in an effort to keep the line moving?? but to me that was no excuse. Thus the 4- and not 5-star rating. (That question was answered when I received this survey) This is the second vehicle I have acquired from Hyannis Toyota in 18 years and I love them bcuz I can depend on them to Last, and I appreciate that!

I was able to schedule an immediate and convenient appointment. The service was quick and thorough! I appreciate the kind and friendly employees and atmosphere.

Perfect customer service, informed through service. Speedy and efficient, went above and beyond. Everyone was very polite and ready to help out worth any questions

The process was smooth with no worries at any point. The salesman, J. R. Riley, took all the time we needed to make sure it was the car we wanted and were comfortable with. Any and all questions were answered promptly and completely. The whole team worked seamlessly together making for an overall pleasant transaction. This is not my first Toyota and will not be my last, but all my cars will be purchased at Hyannis Toyota as they treat you like family, not just another sale. That alone is worth the trip but the rest of the dealership from sales to service is truly outstanding in their resolve to put the customer first always!! I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff and the way they respect you. Saying Thank You after all they do just seems a little inadequate but they’ve earned it! THANK YOU!!

Though just in for an oil changed and a check up, I was pleased that the lady who checked me in followed up with allthe points i was concerned with. No Jiffy Lube Show involved, simply great timely service witha clear report of the vehiclescondition!

See above comments. Friendly and helpful staff. Service waiting area is clean, large, comfortable, and offer coffee and lots of snack choices as well. It was a rainy day and not much parking so a valet attendant took and parked my car for me! Very much appreciated.

I arrived a few minutes early and they finished a few minutes earlier than expected. They briefed me on what the results were and scheduled my next appointment.

Jack is a pleasure to work with- honest, friendly and efficient. He is knowledgeable and got me the car I? wanted at the best deal possible. Highly recommend.
