Had a 10,000 mile Toyota Care service performed on my 2025 Grand Highlander today while we were visiting Cape Cod. Service technician was very personable and pleasant. Vehicle was ready when promised. I would certainly return to the dealership.

Dealership tried to add $600+ in so called repairs when

Dealership tried to add $600+ in so called repairs when car was brought in for recall. I had a pleasant experience buying my car there 5 years ago but find whenever you bring in for routine work they always ? find? something that needs immediate response yet when I bring to my local auto shop nothing is found in need of repair. I was told 3-4 hours for repair. Dropped off at 9:15 am. Phone call at 12:15 with details of immediate repairs. All declined with request to complete recall. Car not ready for pickup until 3:45 pm.

I had the struts on the hatch of my Toyota Venza replaced. IRA Toyota ordered the parts for me and installed them while I waited. Very efficient and a pleasure to work with.
