I don't recommend it!
I don't recommend it!!! They are dishonest!!! And they don't comply with dates and agreements. This is the second car I buy at a Toyota dealership, both times it was a disappointment, this time I warned Jessica the seller that I had already had a bad experience. I saw the car in an ad on the internet and went to the store, when I arrived I said I was going to keep it, Jessica told me that there was a problem in the documentation that it would take a few days to arrive, but if I wanted to keep the car I would have to leave a payment to hold it I promptly did it, this was on Monday I saw the car I rode it inside the parking lot and filled out all the documentation with the promise that by Friday I would be with the car in my hands, surprisingly when the papers were ready I went to sign and verified that they They had changed the car's wheels for used lower wheels, the car was ugly, so I talked to Jessica who asked me to send her the photo of the car with the wheels I had bought, I promptly answered her. They told me a story that there was a misunderstanding and that the former owner had requested the wheels that were in the car, which I don't believe because of the sneaky way they did, I said that I would not accept to receive the car with infer wheels, but they had kept the delivery for Friday at the end of the day, so I organized myself and refused work I spent with displacement to be available on Friday between 5 and 6pm to pick up the car. When I arrived they said they wouldn't deliver the car to me as agreed because the tires hadn't arrived, a bald manager also came saying that I had benefited from their mistake, because the car would come with better wheels and they were giving me exactly what I bought. In short, they don't respect and are not honest with their customers, if I hadn't observed they would have pushed me the car with the lower wheels and still tried to treat it as a misunderstanding. Another thing that happened was that I bought the waterproofing of the car and they delivered it to me without doing it, we scheduled the day I went to do it, I left the car for 40 minutes they did a cleaning but they didn't do any waterproofing on the seats when I went to talk to John he tried to convince me that they had done it I took him to my car we did the test and saw that they hadn't done it, we scheduled it again to redo the work that is for the third time. Had oil change and recommended tire rotation.
Had oil change and recommended tire rotation. While driving home my car was pulling left. Turned out that rear tire had 22 lbs of air. Tried to get proper air pressure in tire but damaged tpms would not allow it.
