unprofessional experience first the Corvette didn’t have gas then the tire pressure was at 23. Also, they were trying to add on things that shouldn’t be in there and I didn’t ask for. I was ready to pay for the vehicle when the finance supervisor/manager declined because he wanted me to pay $2684 in accessories, but I just didn’t agree with because I already have those things so he declined for me buying the car. The whole experience was horrible and I wish I was able to buy the car that I wanted. This place is not running a business, but they’re overcharging their customers and things that they didn’t even ask. Bad business I just wanted to pay it without the accessories Is this normal?? To charge customers a fee that they didn’t asked for??? 2684 is crazy !!! Plz fix it God!! And Thank you!!

The service was beyond outstanding....Adeel was extremely professional and helpful during our purchase ...... Out of all the dealerships that we talked to for what we were looking for, he was the most prompt... The most personable.... The most professional..... And more importantly, he treated us as people not as a sale...... It was so impressive that we drove 10 hours out of state to purchase the vehicle from the dealership..... And the service that we received was so outstanding that our next vehicle that we be purchasing Will be here at the dealership...... Also our finance manager that handled our finance she was outstanding..... She was cognizant of our time..... She was not pushy at all..... And I truly believe and there was proof to this that she went out to help us get the best deal possible in finance...... While there are a lot of dealerships out there that offer great and excellent customer service, the service that these two provided go beyond what is commonly expected and hoped for when purchasing a vehicle...... Again, it truly was a wonderful experience

I traded in my vehicle for one that had more problems and I ended up having to take my vehicle to another dealership help resolve those issues.. ..

Good service and prompt in doing it. I had purchase the extended vehicle protection service attendant does not have access to inquiry of what I had purchased. Just wish all attendants would have the ability to access all extra protection on vehicles when a new or leased vehicle is gained. This should alleviate the customer from paying extra when the protection purchased releases the customer from expensive repairs. Attendant was courteous and extremely professional. Keep up the great work.
