Service Manager Jeff has always been great.
Service Manager Jeff has always been great. He’s very responsive and knowledgeable. I accidentally took out my driver side mirror and needed to replace it. Jeff ordered a new mirror which arrived within 24hrs, scheduled my appointment, and the replacement repair took right about a hour. The repair cost and time were both lower than expected. There are 3 CDJR dealers closer to my house, but because of Jeff and great service I continue to receive, I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Prosper CDJR.
