I would have given zero stars but had to give one to write the review, my wife was adamant about bringing the car to the dealership she has a 2015 Land Rover sport with the check engine light on the dashboard $1376 later for an ozone hose that was replaced and diagnose an engine leak from my valve cover gasket which were both wrong, The valve cover gaskets were not leaking and the ozone hose was a wrong diagnosis because my engine light came on a week later again!! So I took it to a real mechanic euro craft motorsports in Watertown honest reliable and knows what he was doing $331 later my problem was fixed so never ever ever go to Land rover of Boston if you need a real Machanic go to Watertown!

Sean King, general manger of this dealer? That must be a joke, maybe it is different if you don’t involve him when there is an issue with your brand new vehicle. He was not approachable, answered me only once without resolution and approaching 4 months and the vehicle issue not rectified! He has no business running a used car dealership!

No need to repeat the experience again, Victor started off great, and then knowing something was not being taken care of for one of his customers and not saying anything, unforgivable, unacceptable. You lost more than one customer.

I am not sure how this dealership is rated so high. Dropped off my car Monday (no loaner car available). The dealer ship is addressing the same issues not fixed in April. I was told it would take a few days. Well..4 days laters it is the weekend and I have not heard from the dealership and I cannot get anyone to return my calls from the dealership (and I need my car). Checked the APP for my car and my car has been sleep for 4 days...has not been touched in 4 days. What kind of 4 star service is this? FRUSTRATED!
