So happy to meet a fabulous representative who went above & beyond to assist me with what I needed! Dave Deckerd in the Service Dept.! I was so relieved when he worked his magic to do what needed to be done, plus patiently demonstrated my Lincoln's features to me! He truly was worth the 1 hour drive it took me to get there! Thanks Dave! His trainee Hayley was lovely & fun, so keep up the good work LaFontaine:)
