Charley Rebottaro and Suburban are amazing!!!!

Charley Rebottaro and his team at Suburban Chevrolet are amazing. Going the extra mile doesn't even begin to describe the lenght he went to during my purchase process. From waking me through the ordering process, keeping me updated on every step from production to delivery and even helping to arrange a surprise delivery with my son. Recently I had my GM product serviced at Suburban for the first time. I have dealt with Rob for many years and received nothing but outstanding service. It was nice to see that Rob and the Suburban team are continuing the efforts I have grown to love.

I would give her no stars if it was possible.

I would give her no stars if it was possible. I am not one to leave negative reviews at all, but she truly deserves one. When I first dropped my car off she seemed to be very knowledgeable and super helpful. I was told I would get a call later in the day but never received one. I had to call. Then while I was on the phone she started accusing me that I didn’t do oil changes on my car, which is completely false. My finance does them. She was very rude and degrading. My car was running fine, just had a sensor light come on. Originally I was told I needed an oil change, but all of a sudden I needed a NEW ENGINE. My car went from running just fine to a non working vehicle. It was 2019 lease with 43,000 miles. I wouldn’t trust her nor this facility.

Very condescending regarding issues that were the dealerships mistakes. From finance to the manager, maybe the worst customer service we have ever experienced.

I paid cash for a new Chevy Bolt EUV it has been over 100 days and I have still not received a title for my car. I have contacted the dealership many times and now they will not take my call. I feel like I have been robbed what kind of dealership does not provide a title so that I can get a license for my car. WARNING DO NOT PAY CASH at this dealership

Christa has always gone the extra mile for her customers...

Christa has always gone the extra mile for her customers in service dept. I go here bc she’s here. I liked Lance Underwood ( bought car from him) and Nick Chesla in service dept but they left for some reason. Christ’s has been the nicest person in the dealership since they left. I forgot my coupons bc I’ve been going thru so much personal stuff but she found coupon for me. I’m on limited income senior. Friendly professional kind. Give that girl a raise!!!

I give a grade of A++. I requested quotes on new tires at 8:30 am and by 9 am Rob had me all hooked up with quotes - and he sent them via email for easy reference. So overly satisfied with this matter, as well as all other interactions with the service department. Special mention: Charley Rebottaro, Christa in service, and Rob Porter in service. They always take excellent care of me and that’s why I keep coming back with my *FORD* to this primarily-GM/Chevy dealership. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you everyone! I really and truly appreciate your help :)
