Excellent, professional service.

I had a great experience. I would highly recommend working with Keith Longuski. He is a professional, no-pressure, trustworthy, straight forward sales associate. He followed through on every detail.

Personal Service

My salesman was very friendly, professional and took a personal interest in helping me select the right Cadillac for my life style. My concerns about the condition of the car were addressed and taken care of immediately. The dealership staff is very friendly and helpful. So friendly that this was our third car purchased at this dealership.

They always make sure i am satisfied

I have brought 3 cadillacs in 4 years from the same place and same salesman (John Griffen), everytime I come in they exceed my expectations and i always leave satisfied.

Awesome experience!

I gave this dealership 5 stars because as soon as I arrived and got out of my car, I was made to feel like I was important and in charge. No one was pushy. My salesman John Griffin really took good care of me! Very knowledgeable, and he put me at ease. Family man with a good sense of humor, and that carried over in how he interacted with me. He far exceeded my expectations. So if you're going for new or used, John's your guy! And the finance guy David, really looked out for me in regards to my interest rate! So all in all, it was an awesome experience!!

Great dealership

I've been dealing with this dealership since 1989. Keith Longuski has been my dealer since 1999. Keith is the best, he always makes sure that I'm getting the best deal possible. And after my purchase he makes sure if any servicing is needed, it goes smoothly. Thumbs up Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth.

Purchased a car

I had hoped to get a better interest rate but the Financer wasn’t able to get me a lower rate and I’m not sure he tried really hard - as long as he sold the car- that was that

Excellent service

My experience at this dealership has been the best thus far in my time looking for cars. Everyone there made my family and myself feel like family. Andrew specifically worked hard and did whatever he could to get both myself and my mom into new cars. I would 100% recommend this dealership and will be going back there when my lease is up.

Overall experience with this dealership was horrible.

We thought that buying a Cadillac meant we were buying quality and exceptional service but it was just the opposite. Transmission went at 20,000 miles and they had our car of 3 weeks and never called to update us. Thought we could count on someone there to help us but no one did!!!
