Staff was really friendly and the purchase process was

Staff was really friendly and the purchase process was somewhat easy. I just wish that they had detailed the vehicle a little better. I am still wiping crumbs from between and underneath the seats and I myself haven't even eaten in it yet. It was clearly a rental vehicle before.

Christian was wonderful to work with.

Christian was wonderful to work with. We came in from out of state to buy a 2018 Ford expedition, and Christian made the process so easy. He had all of the paperwork ready for us before we got there, and when we had to change a few things, he worked so hard to make everything work out for us! Before we even got there he made sure to answer all my questions and send me all the information I wanted on the vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful and quick experience, so that we could get back on the road home again! I cannot recommend Christian enough! We also worked with Paul in the finance department, and he was great to work with. He worked overtime for us when we had to redo the financing and he made the whole process so easy. He explained everything I was signing so well, and was very helpful explaining the extended warranties to us. He was wonderful to work with and I would recommend him to everyone!

Really deserves 0 stars. I had to have my car towed there on Monday, It is now Wednesday and no one has called me about my vehicle. I have left 27 messages over the last 3 days and ill no response..

Here's the follow-up to my previous post. Never did get a call back from a manager or service person. Finally did get someone to answer the phone on Wednesday afternoon. My vehicle was promised by end of day Wednesday, but a later call back said they wouldn't be finished until Thursday Morning. Finally got my car Thursday around 10 AM. The problem was, as I had told them, I needed a new battery. Cost to replace the battery... $355.00 plus $135 towing, plus 3.5 days without my only vehicle. Great job Suburban!!! I'll be looking for a new service department.
