Alex Arnold was really great with me. I appreciated his patience and his sales approach. Not pushy at all but knowledgeable about the inventory. I had a great experience with him and he genuinely wants you to have a good experience purchasing a car. He went out of his way to help me. What I didn't like was how they really try to push you to buy a warranty with them for a used car that doesn't qualify for one. Very strategic approach they are in how they word their sentences when it comes to wanting you to purchase a warranty or to finance a vehicle. I paid in full.
