Very attentive, Me and my husband had Rachel as our sales associate and she was always on her stuff. Helped in every which way to get us what we wanted. Very upbeat, positive women. I couldn’t help but to feel very relaxed about our process.

I was helped by Derek, he is very nice direct person and very helpful. I was trying to buyout my lease car, he explained everything to me in details and passed me to the Finance team. Unfortunately, I didn't get a good offer later to continue with the financing because of high APR and the financing details were not explained to me in details. Although it didn't work out for me this time, my overall experience with Suburban Ford is very good, I would definitely recommend this place, and for sure I would recommend Derek, and if I will lease a new car in the future, I will for sure check with Derek first.
