I can't begin to say enough good things about this place....

I can't begin to say enough good things about this place. I have bought 4 cars from this dealership. Alex Arnold was fantastic I will be buying my 5th and 6th from here as well!

I bought a used car & the used car department really went above & beyond to put me in a car especially how bad a predicament i was in. I wanted to say a big thank you to PJ Coolman for really listening to my needs. Thanks to the service department for fixing my windshield ASAP & don't forget about Rocky who made me an awesome sandwich while waiting in the showroom. Thanks for the very efficient process of turning in my lease too. Whenever I visit the dealership everyone is so pleasant & professional. I had purchased a 2013 dodge dart from here. Which at...

I had purchased a 2013 dodge dart from here. Which at first seemed great untill driving off of the lot. Once the car was finally mine and i started driving it i started noticing an wobble noise and was experiencing vibration in the gas pedal and steering wheel. Had the car looked at and found out the car i purchased had 3 bent rims after calling and calling trying to get things resolved when i finally got ahold of someone and explained the situation the blame was pushed on me and i was told that i was at fault that i could have managed to blow out 3 rims within the 800 miles of me driving the car. On top of it 3 of the tires were missed matched and the tread depths were all miss matched. After weeks of calling i finally got somewhere and someone to listen and they had sent the rims out to be repaired. I had got the car back and was still feeling the vibration and hearing it. They make it seem like they are here to help you but once you get the vehicle and they get their commission their demeanor changes. So if you purchase a used vehicle from them expect poor customer service and i would get the vehicle properly inspected somewhere else.

Suburban Ford made my first car buying experience simple. Their customer service is outstanding. They treat you with respect and are very welcoming. Kevin Miller did a great job explaining the entire process and helping me determine what discounts applied to me and the vehicle of choice. Super nice guy. I 100% recommended their service department as well. They are able to solve issues other dealerships couldn’t. The team has great customer communication skills and do a good job explaining what’s wrong or what they repaired to you. They are always busy, so asking for a rental car may put your service date a week or two out. If I were to buy a new vehicle again I would buy from Suburban Ford.

When I walked into Suburban Ford, Sterling Heights, I was just shopping around without any intention of buying right away but Tara’s bubbly personality and willingness to assist persuaded me to get the 2014 Ford Explorer. This was a complete turnaround from my previous visit approximately 6 months ago when my wife and I were left to the side by another agent. We walked out door that day and bought a Ford F-150 from another dealer who took us serious.

Price Gauging

Beyond disappointed. Put a $500 hold a vehicle. The inspection ended up having a lot of repair. While the car was being repaired the dealership price gauged the car online making believe they changed the pricing to think we were getting a good deal. The interior is all scratched up. Will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership again. Feel completely ripped off.

What can I say but thank you to my salesman Alex Arnold...

What can I say but thank you to my salesman Alex Arnold and Anthony(cool finance guy), who work extremely hard to get me a great trade in credit and deal on my used Ford Flex. I was able to complete the whole purchasing process with no pressure at all and ultimately drove away with the exact vehicle I wanted. Alex was very friendly and helpful during the whole experience and Anthony explained the entire signing process in such a manner I actually was stress free. Thank you guys gained a customer and I will recommend people to Suburban Ford Sterling Heights from now on.

Mostly Good, Some Not So Good

Nathan Wells was a pleasure to deal with - friendly, professional, and thorough! Making the deal went quite well. The 2016 Toyota Tacoma I purchased is great, exactly what I was looking for at a good price. I had a scheduled appointment to get into the business office and sign the papers for the deal (with Jeremy Sloat) but had to wait 50+ minutes after the scheduled time before we could sign papers. The dealership also left the gas tank almost empty when I picked up the truck, which I discovered a few minutes after leaving when an "almost out of gas" warning popped up on the display. Also, the "detailing" job that was supposed to have occurred appears to be more of a quick cleaning job that wasn't very thorough.
