Chalsea was very friendly! She stayed late after her shift with us with a smile on her face to make sure everything goes good all. She was very knowledgeable at what she’s talking about and explained everything in details. I would definitely recommend Ford and her to all my family and friends.

SuBurb Service

Tara has helped me through the process, and I haven't made it easy for her, either way she has persevered with a smile. I actually didn't like what I initially bought and was one of the few people to actually use the exchange program. I thought it was going to be a big hassle but they have made it much easier than I predicted.

Hi your dealership sold me a used Ford Fiesta knowing there was a problem you put my daughter in danger and cause a me to spend money on a defective car which is not safe to Drive what ever happened to honesty and integrity you could have told me not to buy that product . Steve was courteous and understood that I would need my...

Steve was courteous and understood that I would need my vehicle back asap. They took care of two recalls, oil change and trouble shot two other problems I had with my vehicle and got it back to me in timely manner. Steve told me he would try to get my vehicle back to me asap and he did. Good Work!

New lease of F-150

My lease for my Ford Escape was ending in 2019 so mid summer I started to look at options for my next lease. I connected with Paige Defour and she provided great insight into the different vehicle options to help me weigh my lease options. I ultimately ended up leasing an F150 which I am very happy with. I am very happy with the overall experience at Suburban and very impressed with Paige.
