The sales person Johnny R. was very personable and knowledgeable. Wasn’t pushy sat listen to are wants and needs. They made are experience shopping for a car exceed are expections.

We searched for used F-150s for several months. Dana at internet sales sent us to Jason to see one she thought we would like. We arrived and were told Jason would be with us shortly. We waited for a while and I finally asked if someone else could give us the keys to the vehicle we were interested in. Alex Arnold poked his head over the cubicle and told us he would get the keys for us. Alex offered to help even though he knew we had asked for Jason. This was impressive. After taking the test drive we asked Alex if he would like to sell us the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating with our requests. We met Brian Lagodna and he was also very accommodating with our requests. We absolutely LOVE our 2016 F-150 and the whole experience was amazing. We were not pressured to purchase the vehicle. Brian and Alex did not use the phrase "you don't want to". ( I swear when a pushy salesman uses that phrase I am done with them.) I highly recommend this dealership, more specifically Alex Arnold who went out of his way to help even though we had asked for another salesman. We were talking about the interest rate when Caleb walked by. After introducing himself he mentioned overhearing our rate from the credit union and he told us Capital One had an even better rate! Wow. Sold! It is obvious this dealership works as a team. From Dana sending us the link, to Alex offering to help and eventually making the sale, to boss man Brian crossing the T's and dotting the I's, to Caleb using his eagle ears to help us get a fabulous interest rate to Jeremy closing the deal, it has been a no pressure, excellent experience. Thank you so much for "bringing it home" for us.

I highly recommend this dealership! You won’t find a better deal anywhere. Sales Manager Tom MacPherson was amazing to work with. Sales team of Matt and Chris would always respond promptly and made you feel like you were their only customer.

Chelsea is extremely patient and very knowledgeable. She made my wife and I feel very comfortable. She even took the time to entertain our two little boys, which is no small task. We visited numerous dealerships and fortunately we went to Suburban Ford Sterling Heights. Derek Britton was our salesman and not only did he beat the price but sold us on the 2019 Ford Edge. The dealership is beautiful- spacious and the employees are very professional. When we picked up our new car Derek went out of his way to explain every feature of the car and gave us a firsthand demonstration while we were sitting in the front seat. In addition to that he has communicated with us to make sure that everything was fine. Also, I would like commend Hillary Adam in the finance/leasing department who thoroughly explained all the aspects of financing our new car and maintenance coverage. We will definitely be dealing with Derek Britton and Suburban Ford Sterling Heights in the future.

I am not one to complain I usually leave good to mild reviews. However I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had. I left work early skipped out on a family event and drove 40 minutes out of the way to go test drive a car after confirming that it was available. Only to have their staff tell me their is a 48 hour hold for another person for the second time. This is so incredibly rude and unprofessional I didnt even know what to do. I will not be back and I will be spreading the word. Dont fall for their bait and switch schemes. Find a more respectful establishment.

By far, Suburban Ford has offered me a stellar experience unlike any other dealership I have engaged in business with. I was treated with kindness, respect and a genuine sense of compassion from the sales associate Tara Browning as well as the finance manager Caleb Herrera. Both of these exemplary individuals execute at a high level and demonstrate remarkable excellence and integrity in their respective occupations.
