Jordan was fantastic, I went for my first oil change on my 2018 ford edge. He found a problem with a tire and promptly replaced it quickly and with no questions asked. Fantastic Service. I then called my Salesmen Dave Curtiss to share of my service appointment and the tremendous servicd I got and he helped get me to here. They both went above and beyond

The people at Suburban Ford are very nice, accommodating and professional, plain and simple. But, that's not all, this was my first car purchase, they helped me look at options, figure out what was and was not needed. They dealt with my constant changes, both to the car and appointments. Buying a car in general is stressful but the upbeat and friendly nature of this place was beyond helpful. I'm giving it all five stars, not because i feel like i have to, but because its the truth.

Renee was helpful and professional. If she did not have an answer she did not make an excuse. She found the answer and was very timely on her response.

Unfortunatly, I don’t recommend them. I was satisfied 4 months ago when I bought my 2017 Equinox with only 11,000 miles. Today though, I went to Discount Tire to get one tire fixed since it was leaking badly and I found out that all four tires were from 2014 and were all in need of replacement. I called the dealership and spoke with a manager named Terry, and he took no ownership and kept saying tires weren’t warranted. I know that, Terry, but what I didn’t know was that I was DECEIVED and sold a 2017 car with 2014 tires at the end of their life! I asked to see the inspection report because I’ve put only 4,000 miles on this car in the last 4 months, so the tread couldn’t possibly be much lower. ***** beware because this dealership may or may not be swapping out tires, and if the previous owner did that them the dealership and their inspector should’ve caught that before reselling it!! Now, I’m missing work and had to spend $600 on new tires. This is not an HONEST or ETHICAL company for them to allow this! I’ll never go back! Shame on them!! 😡😡😡😡
