I in dropped in to see if a rear tail light that I purchased from the dealer could be installed for me, as I was having second thoughts doing it myself. Brian was welcoming and courteous. He made sure I had the right part, and got me in and out quickly, as I was on my lunch hour. Brian is an asset and I hope this dealership recognizes that.

My mother being able to buy a vehicle after my father’s tragic accident has been the most discouraging and difficult process for my parents. After one dealership letting them think they would only be able to get an old unreliable car and another never even calling them back, what they needed most was to be understood and not judged as they have been all these years since my dad’s accident. And Nathan did just that. He got to know my parents and their kids and took his time with all of us, he kept all of us informed and was knowledgeable through the whole process. I can’t begin to express what a huge impact his professionalism and personalism had on all of us. I will definitely be back to Nate to buy my next vehicle and will be referring others to him.

Upon stumbling across their dealership on the Internet, I checked out their inventory, and they had, BY FAR, the most extensive inventory of 2018 Silver F-150's, for sale. Rachel, via the Internet Sales Staff, responded quickly, and politely. I had been dealing with Tim, and Michele, on different vehicles in stock. But alas, two out of my three selections were sold. They had agreed to hold a vehicle for me, until I was able to road trip from the Cleveland area, approximately three hours away. Michele was SUPERB in her efforts to broker a deal that we could both live with. She was genuine, and sincere. It was like dealing with my own daughter, due to her bubbly, and pleasant, personality. She went over all aspects of my new truck, since my trade-in was a 2006, and there is a HUGE amount of technology upgrades between then, and NOW !!! Tim was equally genuine and sincere, and he had agreed to negotiate on my trade-in. He is starting to talk "100's", and I am still locked into "1000"s". His dialog, and banter, were VERY cordial and refreshing. Eventually, we agreed upon a price that we could both live with. I did not LIKE it, but I could live with it. Gary, in Finance, answered all of my questions efficiently, and quickly. He took all the time that I needed to ensure that I was content. Any copies that I had requested were handed to me, almost immediately. Their entire dealership staff were very cordial, friendly, and outgoing, throughout my entire time there. By the way, the deli serves a GREAT sandwich, for those contemplation periods of negotiation. (Hopefully, Tim will eat the tab on THAT one). If you would like to relocate your dealership to Ohio, then, I will not have to travel as far, when I return, in TWELVE YEARS !!! See you then, and please, keep the light on for me. Thank you, ALL. Let me start by saying I was all set to purchase a lease vehicle from Chevrolet because I get the A plan but I met Nick at a mutual friends house and we started discussing my options. He said I just had to see this explorer they got in because it sounded like I would benefit from the 3rd row seats. I came in to see it reluctant because it was used and I usually get leases. He really took great care of me checking the car fax and research to make sure I was making a wise decision. He introduced me to the manager and they made this work! It was lightening fast and the car was absolutely spotless when I came in to pick it up!
