Jeremy took the time to listen & understand the needs I had when selecting a vehicle. He made it such that I had little to do & worry about, esp with the registration xfer from my previous vehicle. The car was nice & clean & ready to go. The vehicle required a tune up, which is my only concern.

Nate Reese helped me get a car! The customer service and care at this dealership is beyond amazing! I am not exaggerating that I couldn't get financed anywhere else but with their help and care they were able to make it so I am driving away in a newer vehicle with low mileage. I am still in unbelief that this is happening but all the paperwork is signed and everyone is friendly and helping me out. Nate took such care and time to help me pick out exactly what I wanted and I felt like I had someone in my corner helping me get a car. At one point during the day I saw a women who was having a bad day(of no fault of Nate or Suburban Ford) come in a take all her frustration out on him. I watched him patiently help her through her dilemmas and by the end of the interaction she was apologizing that her anger had nothing to do with him or any fault of the dealership just things in her own personal life. Watching how kind and understanding Nate was to her while in the middle of helping me out also impressed me to the kind of people that work here. If ANYONE needs a car I recommend coming here!
