Dave and the rest of the team there were incredibly helpful. They were very understanding of my financial situation and were more than willing to work me with me so that I got the best deal possible. I did not feel rushed or pressure in the slightest to buy my car and they were willing to wait a few days for me to think about the decision. I would highly recommend Dave and the Suburban Team to anyone who is looking to buy a used car.

If I could give a ZERO I would!!!! Do not trust Vito! He accepted our offer on a car on Friday night at close and sold the car out from under us on Saturday morning as we were driving to the dealership. His word means nothing! The professionalism of Vito and his dealership is highly lacking! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Shelby is a rockstar!
I recently had my vehicle in for service and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received from the moment I called in until I picked up my vehicle. Shelby Frazzitta was a rockstar in the level of service she provided, her updates and hard work with the insurance company went above and beyond. I had a loaner vehicle through the rental department where the service was fantastic as well. Connie and Holden were amazing as well, always willing to help with a smile. Not only were they great but any interaction I had with the staff there was great, keep up the great work!!!

Went to see James for a used car and he went the extra mile. I was treated with great respect. He searched for the best vehicle that would fit my needs. A True Professional
On Christmas Day, 2018, another driver's carelessness resulted in my beloved Lincoln MKZ being totaled after only 7 months of owning the car. I didn't think I would possibly be able to find the exact make, model, and year of the car I lost with the same low mileage. Then, I walked in to Suburban Ford and met Jeremy Sloat. Not only did he find virtually the same Lincoln I lost in Suburban's inventory, but he found one with lower mileage and for $6,000 less than I had paid only 7 months before at another dealership. He was the consummate professional from start to finish, as well as personable with a great sense of humor. Jeremy led me through the process of applying for financing and acquiring the car with ease. He promptly answered every question I had. I can say with certainty that I will HIGHLY recommend Jeremy Sloat and Suburban Ford to everyone I know and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Jeremy!

GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE.
Very courteous and helpful salesman. Would definitely deal with them again. Only thing negative was time to sign papers. Had to wait way to long and so did others. Mike was great to work with to get the best deal for me. Was in upside down car loan and not perfect credit but they got me a good deal. Very happy.

Awful customer service
Someone in sales referred me to Shelby and said she’s awesome and she would take care of me as best as she could. They were wrong. It almost seemed as if I was an inconvenience to her. After scanning my vehicle she acted like she had no idea what was wrong with my car. I had to get ahold of her myself because she never called me to give me an update on my car. It took them 5 days to get back to me just to tell me that my car would have to be taken to a Chrysler dealership. Instead of having my car taken there for me she made me come and drive it to Chrysler myself. I would not recommend Shelby to anyone and I will not be back.
