not a friendly guy

ron did not seem to friendly no hand shakes, seemed almost i was more of a bother thats ok there's alot of ford dealers out there.

Great Experience

I walked in wanting to compare three different vehicles. Nicole and Matt helped me select, weed through options and drive away in an excellent car that fits my requirements. They worked together as a team that could anticipate each other's actions. I would buy a vehicle from either of these two in the future and have already recommended them to a friend.

Wasting your time for warranty repairs

Make an appointment for warranty work! Have 34,000 miles , they say a month out wit his December 19. So the day before they call me and say we don’t have any loaners. I say don’t need one keep my appointment. Then they say we just got a big job and can’t fit me in till February . So have a friend call in they say they can fit him in January 6. So know warranty is no good because going over mileage. So would not recommend!!!!!������

I had a wonderful experience

Terry was very kind to the Japanese who is not good at English. Sometime he sent me email in Japanese, it must have been very tough work for him. Despite my first time shopping, I had a wonderful experience.

A review that should have been written sooner

Brandon, you completed the purchase of my second car (in 18 months) with some assistance from Marcus Martin. The shopping experience was great as there was no hard selling and you listened to my criteria and found cars that met my criteria not wasting my time or yours. This was my second time I purchased a car there in about 12 months and each time I did not purchase the car or cars that I found online however I am the one who chose a different car. I wanted to commend you and the others that have assisted me in purchasing a car for myself about six months ago. This was not my first purchase at Suburban Ford this was actually the second car that I purchased from Suburban in the past 15 months. My experiences at both of the purchases were excellent and to tell you the truth I would not have come back to Suburban Ford if they were not. . I would recommend and have recommended the Suburban Ford Used Car dealership to others. Keep up the great work.

Great Customer Service!

The salesman that helped me, Sonny Bandele was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable regarding the different cars and what may/may not work for me. He was polite the whole time and never tried to pressure me into considering something that wasn't right for me or that was outside the financial limits I provided him. My mother was there for support and Sonny told his boss about an issue my mother mentioned she had years ago, and they worked to compensate my mother's poor experience and give me an extra-special one. This is the first time I've done anything with a brand new car, and the first time I've leased a car. I cannot express how appreciative I am that Sonny offered so much kindness and assistance to make this an easy and enjoyable experience for me!

DISAPPOINTED

The salesperson responded right after I'd made an online inquiry so I set a same day appt. Upon arrival, it was so packed that I had to stand. When the salesperson finally greeted me, I was told the vehicle I had driven all the way there for, had a deposit. A simple courtesy call would've sufficed
