The worst customer service my experience was a nig
I called the deal about certain vehicles and every time I called they say the vehicles are available, when I arrived at the dealer they state that we just have sold the car. This happened three times. Last time I called them early in the morning around 9:30 to inquire about a Chevy Equinox I spoke to several different people and also to the manager and they stated it's available, I go there on my way I try to call them to make sure that the vehicle is not pending and it's available and the sales person said that he was going to check with his manager and I go there with an hour later they said that the vehicle has been sold. They are a bunch of liars and the worst dealer I've ever dealt with. I asked the sales rep to speak to a manager I took him 30 minutes and nobody came to speak to me I asked for a phone number to their corporate office and the receptionist lady stated that she doesn't have that phone number I asked for human resources phone number and nobody was able to provide me with any phone numbers. I will definitely call again on Monday to try to see if someone can assist me in filing a complaint against them. I left the dealer and I called them I asked if there was someone in charge over there and I was transferred to someone by the name Brian I asked him hi are you the manager in charge he says kind of I said I'm sorry I'm trying to file a complaint I need someone who's in charge so I can provide them with my complaint he kept on saying how can I help you in a very loud rude and obnoxious voice and I said Oh I need to speak to a manager and I said about four times and he said he kept on saying how can I help you how can I help you very loudly and very at that point I was so upset I just hung up on him call back to get a phone number for management and the receptionist wasn't able to transfer me or anywhere. It's terrible how we cannot address this complaint but I'm going to make sure that corporate hears about what type of uneducated and unprofessional staff and management they have for that specific location I would never recommend it it was the worst experience I've ever had and I would never return there. They lost not only myself but they lost all the people that I would have referred to that dealership. We're a very big Community here in Sterling Heights and I will make sure that every every Chaldean and Assyrian is aware of what type of rude disrespectful staff are at Suburban Ford dealer.
