Fantastic Experience
Mike went above and beyond all of our expectations and provided an incredible customer experience. He even tracked down our trade-in four days after we completed the deal, to try to retrieve a CD that my wife thought was mistakenly left behind. There was no pressure, only great advice and suggestions. I would highly recommend Mike Smitley and Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights!

Amazing Money Saving Experience!
You can tell when you step inside this dealership that they value professionalism and their clientele. Everyone is incredibly friendly and it’s genuine! The entire staff works together to make sure you’re well taken care of, it’s fantastic. I purchased an Explorer from Mike who was a great guy and very helpful, he got me the best possible price. This dealership managed to knock nearly 7% off the initial interest rate that I had, and $100 off my monthly costs. They’re very hospitable, and I’ve NEVER been in and out of a dealership so quickly in my life. I was there 35-40 minutes tops. All my paperwork was completed, I received my official plate and registration before I drove off the lot! Highly recommend these friendly folks! Thanks for the great experience!

Excellent new car buying experience!
I know where I will purchase my next new car from... My wife needed a new car and after narrowing down the choices she wanted to test drive the 2018 Ford Edge Titanium AWD 2.0L with some options. We test drove the vehicle at some other dealer where it was in stock and we both liked it. Now we had her car to trade in at that same dealer and that's where it started... Long story short, they were trying to low ball us on the trade in and were haggling for $200 when we where purchasing a over $40k car... I could not stay there any longer and just walked out... That is where Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights comes into the picture... A friend that always buys from there told me to go there and talk to them. My sales person was Alex Apess and he was just amazing through the whole buying process. He got me what I was looking for on the trade in and also found the car with the options that we wanted. He made this experience quick and easy and I would highly recommend Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights and especially Alex Apess from new car sales. You will not regret this if you give it a try. Also many thanks to Cheryl Noda from finance for walking me though the process and explaining every little detail. Thank you everyone at Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights and keep up the good job!

Living in the Edge
Our experience for our second Edge was much better than our first at another Dealership. Kevin Miller was very passionate about his job and making sure we had a great transition into our new Edge. We got all the features we were looking for, not what happened the first time. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the Edge and explained all the new features. Also our financial dealings with Cheryl Noda went very smooth, and she was very friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be returning to Suburban Ford Sterling Heights for our next vehicle. Amazing Customer Service
Matthew Siman at Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights provided me with some of the best customer service I have experienced; and I’ve worked in customer service my entire life! I had a lot of factors working against me in purchasing a new vehicle, but Matt was able to immediately understand my needs and he worked so hard to find the perfect deal for me. I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire experience and never once as though I was just being “sold to”. Having a new car of my own has been a dream of mine for a long time and Matt and the entire team were truly teammates in making it happen! I will remember the incredible experience that I had here for a very long time to come!!

Wants customers happy
The salesmen and managers at Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights always go above and beyond for there customers. I have been a 5 year customer and will be an 8 year customer by the time my next lease is handed in. Always satisfied and happy when I leave. The whole staff are always so kind. In 2013 when I came in I had went in to 2 other dealerships prior to Suburban Ford and they totally cared and worked with me until I left. Would strongly recommend the dealership.

left me hanging unless I paid 100 bucks
First, there is a class action lawsuit against ford with the transmission that was put in my car, (Focus and Fiesta) SECOND, my car was sold 3000 over bluebook with no manufacture warranty. Now, on my 2013 Ford Focus my check engine light came on so I called and asked for Sierra Bemis which has taken very good care of me in the past. Was told she no longer works there so I took it into the dealership, my car was scanned and was told that it was just an emission thing and nothing to be worried about but should get it fixed soon. I asked what it was and roughly how much it was going to cost. I was told "well I don't know actually, but we can set up a service ticket for 100 bucks and will know for sure. I asked about my extended warranty that I purchased when I bought my car. I was told "I think that only covers the transmission, but don't know for sure. once we find out for sure what is wrong with your car then we can summit that and see if the extended warranty covers that. I said," in order to find out, I have to pay 100 bucks"? I was told "YES". I found out that it was the purge valve and If I continued driving then it could cause more damage. Not sure why I had to take extra steps to find out that information and why I couldn't have been told that at the dealership yesterday. In addition, this is a preventive maintenance item so why was it not replaced before the car was purchased.

My salesman was Alex Apess. My experience was wonderful at this dealership. He provided fast, efficient, courteous service. He was a very well organized. Always answered my phone calls, and we had great text communication. When I came in to pick up my truck it did not take long at all. I will go back to Alex in two years when my lease is up and I would definitely recommend Alex to all my family and friends..
