Lost a good customer due to shady dealings
My husband and I have bought 4 cars from this dealer, whom I’ve also referred my son and others to because of their good pricing. However, this era is def. over. I’ll never buy or refer again after this last purchase on Friday. Bought a 2014 Escape Titanium. After getting a fair price on the vehicle and waiting about 3 hours for financing process, we were told we had NO option but to buy the $1000 worth of paint and fabric protection (on a car with leather seats!) that’s allegedly already been applied to the vehicle and has NO WARRANTY because it’s a 2014 vehicle. How is this FAIR ADVERTISING when they are jacking the price you have to walk out the door with after picking the car and negotiating price... then only to find you’re getting SCREWED when your tired and don’t want to have to start all over somewhere else? THEY DIDNT DO THIS 3 Years ago. I’ll never shop here again.

Amazing service
I bought a used car from Nate Wells. It was my first time buying a car so I wasn't sure what to expect. He was super helpful throughout the whole process. Kept in contact the whole time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car.

Ashley is a LIARRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.. She told me that my loan was through Captiol One. It is not.. I told my insurance that it was through Captial One. Turns out it is through Credit (xxxxing Scammers) Acceptance. I just got the car today. BULLxxxxTT. I was not paying attention when I was signing the papers. Until I received an email from Credit Acceptance about auto payments. I am SUPERRRRR PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
