On Friday my husband and I drove up to the dealership and noticed that Suburban had an incredible inventory of cars. There really was something for everyone. As soon as we walked into the dealership we were instantly great by someone with a smile. The person called Terry to the front to help us. Terry met us with a smile and a very professional hand shake. Terry had us sit down at his desk. He then asked how he could help us. We told Terry that we had found 4 vehicles online that we wanted to look. He started to pull the vehicles up on the computer. (On our way to the dealership we had decided we for sure wanted leather seats) as Terry pulled up the vehicles we asked him to look to see if the vehicles had leather seats. That crossed off two vehicles right away. Terry asked for a copy of our drivers licenses. I had to go out to the car to get it. Terry got my husband and I something to drink. We started with a Ford Flex.Terry brought the Flex around so we could look at it and drive it. We had gotten there right before closing so we had to stay on the lot. We really liked the car but also wanted to look at an Acadia. The ones the dealership had had cloth seats. Terry suggested we still look at it and drive it. Rather than driving 45 minutes the next day to look at one. So glad he made that suggestion we did not like the Acadia. We decided to go home that night look at what does they had on line and think about the Flex. The next day we had an appointment with Terry at 1. We were running way behind so we called Terry and he was very polite and accommodating with changing the time to 2:30. We got to the dealership and Terry again created us with a smile and a professional hand shake. We told him we wanted to drive the Flex on the road. Terry brought the car around to us. The Flex dives great. We went back in and told Terry we wanted the Flex. Terry took all of our information down. We wanted to take the Flex home that day. Terry was not sure that could happens because it was already after 3 pm. He said he would push it through as quick as he could to try to make it happen. We got insurance on the car. Waited for a little while then Anthony asked us to come over and go over the loan papers. Anthony was very thorough, professional and smiled. We signed all the papers and then just had to wait for our car to be ready. Terry came to get us. Handed us the keys and registration. He told us the car was out front and showed us where. Then he met us out at the car with the license plate and a screwdriver. He put our plate on. We talked for a little while and then left. Terry was very personal,professional and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.

Awful to work with - pressures you, calling multi times a day. Do not work with this guy! Totally rude when I asked for my deposit back do to the treasure he was putting on me. Sales 101 people but from who they trust - you can not trust this guy! Do not put deposits down- they make you go through hoops to get it back and treat you so awful!

I never leave reviews for anything, but this was a must. My fiancee and I recently purchased a vehicle from Suburban Ford in Sterling Heights, MI. Normally I don't like the bothering of a sales person, or a sales team pressuring me to buy something, but for some reason the approach that Nate took when inquiring about what we were looking for hit the nail on the head. One of the nicest dudes I've dealt with in the sales/service industry. He listened to what we were looking for, found reasonably priced cars with excellent mileage and exceptional warranty coverages still in place. Overall extremely helpful, very professional, and good at what he does. After getting through the sales process, Caleb helped close the deal and broke even more of it down for us..a better understanding if you will. Also, very helpful.

This dealership is awesome. The salespeople here really care about their customers and It shows. This is definitely a stress free environment. I’m very happy with my new car!
