Paige Defour helped me to buy a 2020 Raptor over the phone from L-A. Ashley Burgess was a TERRIBLE car salesperson. I wanted to purchase a Lincoln MKZ, my husband put down a $600 deposit, I left work early the same day my husband put a deposit down to move forward with paper work/ payment, when I arrived at the dealership she said there was nothing further to do because they only had two people working in the finance dept.. her communication sucked, I kept in touch, calling her more than she did calling me to be Precise she only called to let me know they had sold the Lincoln and that if I was interested in something else that I could choose. At this point my husband and I was livid, we put a $600 deposit down just to get a call saying we sold your car! I wouldn’t recommend suburban Ford of Sterling Heights ( USED dept) to anyone.! Not only that but, you walk in and have to approach them otherwise you are looked over!

Clean respectable place..nice vehicles from what I see so far.... Wish I could have negotiated a better deal but they did give good advice on what to do during the deal too have a better deal in the future
