The entire staff is awesome! Friendly, helpful, willing to go the extra mile. The whole vibe of the place is positive and upbeat. Wish there was more than five stars to give them. Brandon Jijika was my salesman and he was excellent.

Found me a good deal on my 2015 F150 gave me a fair amount For my trade. And found the cheapest rate to finance. Lower than my own bank

The service was great especially Megan’s I was disappointed in a few things that I wasn’t warned about though. For example my car was purchased with an illegal level of window tint and I didn’t notice til it got dark out. And I have a broken tire pressure sensor that was not apparent on the test drive nor was I warned. Still way better than the last crooks who tried to sell me a car though

Working with Alex was G-R-E-A-T!!! Smooth salesman!! Not pushy at all. We ran into a snag and he kept me updated until everything was ready to go!! The couple of mechanical issues were taken care of before we arrived. We came in and did paperwork with Marcus who had a great personality!!! I can't forget the awesome manager Brian who had great sense of humor!!! We left with a great Ford F-150 pick up truck, a full tank of gas and very satisfied with our pleasant experience!!! So, this weekend we're taking our new Ford F-150 up north to test her out!!! THANK YOU Alex and the entire Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights Team!!!

The absolute worst person to talk to about car pricing issues . Argumentative and lacking any type of social skills whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere
