Service is the best!

I have been having my Honda Pilot (2008) serviced here since we bought it (in Indiana). Bob Spurgeon is the best service advisor I have ever dealt with, at any dealership, in any state. He is friendly, knowledgeable and honest about what truly needs to be done on your car. I will never go anywhere else as long as Bob Spurgeon is in the service department!

Great service always for past 10 years, Honesty and integrity are standard with the service department. Always available for consultation by phone. Trobleshooting is very accuate and repairs are great quality.

Our experience with Suburban Honda has been excellent. So often, people are motivated only to spend the time to write bad reviews and I wanted to share how excellent our experience has been. We have worked with both Tim Tharp and Joey Demilio on the purchase of a 2013 Honda Odyssey for a family member living in Arizona. After researching at several Honda dealerships in Arizona without positive results, I offered (I live in Ann Arbor) to research dealerships in Michigan. We visited four Honda dealerships in the area and Suburban Honda stood out above the rest due to their promptness in returning phone calls, accuracy in answering questions related to the vehicle, price, and overall friendliness. However, the true test of a dealer is not how things go prior to purchasing a vehicle, but how they support you after the purchase. We had one minor misunderstanding (post-purchase) relating to some accessories and called them to discuss. Not only were both Tim & Joey prompt in their response but they also offered to “make it right” by quickly ordering and installing the parts prior to the vehicle’s return to Arizona. Based on our experience I would recommend Suburban Honda, and will be back to purchase other vehicles even though Suburban is located over 2000 miles from where the vehicle will be used. Over the next several weeks our new 2013 Honda Odyssey will now be happily making its 2000 mile journey back “home” in Sedona, Arizona.

Sales Department

I contacted Suburban Honda to check out a couple of used cars I saw on their website that I was thinking of purchasing. The first thing that bothered me was when I came in to ask for the person who I had spoken with on the phone, I was immediately turned over to a different sales person. The particular person I dealt with would leave his desk for long periods of time, leaving us waiting, and his manner was HORRIBLE. He was your typical shady type salesman, the type I DONT deal with. Due to his demeaner, mannerisms, insinuations (regarding the condition of my vehicle for trade-in), and tone, I chose to never deal with this dealership again. I had been told previously that they had a bad reputation, but gave them the benefit of the doubt first. I now agree.

I had a positive experience turning in to my new 2013 civic was good and the service offered by my sales representative Loren was awesome. If you are planing to buy any Honda vehicle do visit Suburban Honda and do meet Loren he would be happy to help you to find your needs.

Suburban Honda has been servicing my Honda Odyssey for...

Suburban Honda has been servicing my Honda Odyssey for the last 13 years. This dealership fixes things right the first time. Julie Danielson is my go- to person. Half the time, she is able to answer my questions over the phone. While she has been forthright in explaining that she cannot provide a diagnosis over the phone, after numerous calls over the years, I gotta say that Julie has never been wrong. I go to Will when Julie is not there. He does not have the same experience that Julie has, but he never hesitates to get back with me with the information that I need. I routinely check Julie's and the attending mechanic's advice, by going to other service centers (usually to look for a better price) and I can confirm that Julie and Suburban Honda have always been straight with me. I have been feeling pressure to buy American, but I have been hesitant because this dealership treats me so well. From free rides to work during service, to doughnuts and coffee, to free WiFi, I am always made to feel comfortable.

Knowledgable Service Staff
