I just had a oil change done this Saturday they did not

I just had a oil change done this Saturday they did not rotate my tires and they did not do a 15 point inspection can’t understand and it was still trying to charge me for how do I know they did not change my tire because I had my wheel lock on me😯

I, just spoke with the manager I, told him that the wheels wasn’t rotated but he had to watch the video for his self. He offered me a few Oil changes but I told him I don’t wanna go back there the next time I need one because I just don’t feel comfortable going there right now 😔😔 hopefully he give me some kind of gift card that I can use at a different dealership. As of right now in the process of filing a complaint with the Michigan Secretary of State motor vehicles Department. I keep Y’all posted as of what’s going on… Will
