My car was serviced this morning for an oil change. The waiting area is clean and the service was awesome. I was quoted a 2 hour wait time. I only waited 1 hour. The representative was patient, polite, and professional. I love Suburban Ford, Ferndale.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional at Suburban Ford of Ferndale. Our salesperson, Jake, and the Service Manager, Kevin, were great. The car was in good condition at a good price and so far is running well. My only complaint is that they aren't up to speed on the 2023 used EV tax credit, which requires a special letter be provided to me and then to the IRS in January 2024. The IRS guidance isn't very helpful, but I'd expect a large dealer network like Suburban to handle something like this better.
