Been dealing with “Bruce” for many years! Very satisfied with his ability to discuss individual’s needs and wants and find the right vehicle at the current best price and then some! He gets everyone (sales manager, general manager, finance manager, service manager, etc) involved, if necessary, to answer any questions that he may not have the answer to. Bruce is a very professional and detailed individual!!

I bought a 2012 Mustang Gt from Chris and couldn’t be happier with the deal I got. I will be buying everyone of my cars from him. Great customer service and experience overall.

I will keep this review up temporarily. I must add this first: Brad just called me and wants to rectify this situation. I think that was very kind of him. My trust however is broken. If it is rectified, I will edit this review, however I am sad that it took my review to be taken serious: Shame On me. I purchased an Audi 2014 Q7. I informed them the service light was on and he told me it has Been serviced, they just forgot to reset the button. NOT TRUE. I told them the oil was leaking somewhere and the engine light came on, they said we just changed the oil and it’s all good. NOT TRUE. I told them the radio knob was broken, they said no worries, we will have it replaced in 3 days. NOT TRUE. Almost Two months later, I have given up on them. Unfortunately I had to take my truck into a Audi dealership to assess the actual problems with this truck, and I’m sad to say, there were several problems with this truck. I’m sorry I have to invest so much more than I intended just to have a SAFE TRUCK TO DRIVE FOR MY FAMILY. Do not be fooled by the con artists. They are all nice at this place, but it’s just for the sale. Then once the sale is final, they treat you like you’re nothing, and string you along like your nothing. NEVER AGAIN. Like I said shame you n me, I should have known better.

Blaize Bailey I have been coming to suburban Ford of Ferndale for a long time and one person really stands out blaze always friendly smiling and courteous she is a great person When you have a problem with your vehicle come see blaze she will get you in and get you out great customer service .

My daughter & I needed a car this year. I had a lot of questions, this being a very large purchase for us. Kamin Davis was very patient, friendly and very helpful regarding all of those questions/concerns. Since our purchase, I had more questions and he still has been very helpful to us.
