Suburban Ford of Ferndale

I scheduled an appointment to see a car I found online. Alan called me ahead of time to alert me to a couple minor issues with the radio and glove box. I appreciated his being up front and honest. I came to see the car for a test drive and we resolved those minor issues together. Alan's positive attitude and authentic caring during this process has been the complete opposite of what you think of with most car dealers. He worked with me through every step with professionalisn and some laughs too. He was as happy to help me as I was to be getting the car I have been looking for. I would recommend Alan to everyone I know.

Alan and the people at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. We were searching for a nice used Ford at a good price for my son to purchase his first used car. The dealership was clean and seemed well run. Alan worked with us to make sure we had all that we needed before coming to our appointment. My son is very pleased with his first purchase and it is always nice to buy from nice, professional people. I will consider them for our next purchase.

Had a great experience from my salesman Alan Brown to closing out with the financial rep. They both were patient and hung in there after hours to get me my new to me Jeep Cherokee. I’ll recommend to any one I know to go to suburban ford before going anywhere else.

Leah Nichols assisted us with getting our car. She was extremely thorough, listened to what we wanted, and was such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. She took additional time to explain every feature to us and showed how the features work while we sat in the car going through them. The best part was that she delivered the car to us. She went above and beyond any car buying experience we have ever had. We definitely will be getting another car from her in the near future.

I would recommend Leah to any of my friends or family. She has a wonderful personality and makes purchasing a car fun. Blaize has always provided great customer service. Always respectful and pleasant. She takes the time to tend to my situation whenever I visit Suburban Ford of Ferndale. Frankly, if it wasn’t for the treatment I receive from Blaize I wouldn’t continue coming to Suburban Ford. I believe every dealership should have someone with an attitude like Blaize. For as long as she is an employee I will continue to come for great service.

Tye Gibson worked with us and got my brother and I approved. When no one else could he stood by us through the whole process. It brought tears of joy to both of us knowing that we were in good hands. He doesn’t work for the dealership he works for the people. He made it happen, like said “stay positive we got this”. I would recommend it to everyone, friends and family members.
