Mr. Maples helped me from over 360 miles away. He was quick and got me into a vehicle in less than a week. I will be going to pick up my new wheels this month, and I am more than happy to be making the 5 hour trip to meet Kevin. Although I haven't met him yet, it looks like he's got a hefty following from all of his 5-star reviews. I am simply 1 more happy customer. I would also love to refer many customers to him from my hometown, but after such great service and such flashy inventory to choose from, I am not sure if I want to tell anybody or just keep this to myself. Would somebody please show this review to Mr. Maples if possible. I'm on my way!!! =)

Purchased a used truck from this location. Had a great experience with Tye which made the transition so much more enjoyable. Gota say if it wasent for Tye, I think I would've taken my business elsewhere.

I found him to be honest about the deal we talk about and at the closings of deal there wasn't a lot of game playing with numbers like others on staff which made me think twice about buying my mustang.... if your dealership had more people like him I'm sure you'd have more happy customers... Easy to deal with. Tye never pushed the sale. Kevin was super fast in the finance office. Was in and out super quick with the car I wanted. I will be back to buy another.

Tye was very helpful and professional, even thought is was a nasty rainy day on Saturday and he had many other customers he was helping he still gave us time and help with our new purchase. I knew which vehicle I wanted to look at and Tye was upfront with me regarding the availability. When the vehicle did become available, Tye contacted me right away and gave me an opportunity to test drive the car. The car would actually be for my son who needed something reliable right away. Tye took all our needs into account and allowed us to make an informed decision to purchase the vehicle. I've driven Fords all my life so that was the easy part. The tricky part is finding a good dealership and trustworthy sales person. My lease was up and I was NOT going back to the previous dealership and certainly NOT back to the previous sales woman! Lucky for me I found Leah Nichols! Leah is truly a pleasure to work with. She is kind and very knowledgeable; thorough without being pushy. This is so refreshing. There are many new features on the Ford Sync, Leah took the time to explain them to me without rushing and clicking through each. I could tell she wanted me to really understand everything before I left and even offered to help me after the sale by offering to text or even FaceTime! Superior Customer Service from Leah.
