UPDATE: Jan. 4, 2025 - we went back to Kia of RIVERDALE and met with our favorite Sales Person Peter O’Brien who always delivers exceptional service, patience and authenticity. We wanted to purchase a vehicle for a family member and we bought a 2022 Kia Forte. We all love it and can’t wait for our family member to receive it. This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had.

This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had. The phone rings 20 to 30 times before someone picks up. A nice older lady works the phones and is very hard to get her to given information about a vehicle to you. You can not get info from. her. You wait on hold to she finds someone. 20 minutes waiting she hangs up. I get a call back from a salesman Kevin who makes appointments and does not keep them. When you call back and finally get him he hangs up on you. When you call to compline The sale manger stated he is to busy to speak with you on the phone regarding a complaint for he has customers in the showroom. Wow what a mess . Do youur self a favor and go somewhere else.

Dylan as a great sales person and Mustafa the manager was

Dylan as a great sales person and Mustafa the manager was also wonderful helping me out after the sale. They gave a very fair credit for my trade in and Dylan found exactly the car I wanted at the lease price I was hoping for. Would definitely return here for my next Kia.

This will be a comprehensive review. Often times many reviews are perfunctory and not specific enough for actual guidance and value to a perspective patron. However, in my view, a true measure of a dealership is realized when things do not go smoothly. Rather, it is the manner in which the dealer responds to issues that is a true measure of a dealerships customer care. Things did not go smoothly on my purchase. This will be a positive review. So this Kia dealership also sells high line pre-owned vehicles. I bought one such vehicle from this dealer. My deal called for the installation of customer provided after market auxiliary lighting. Originally, the dealership was to send me to a specialist company they are familiar with but then decided to have their in-house service staff do the install. After multiple failed attempts to do the install, I was frustrated and elected to go to another dealership who installed the lights - and charged me, of course. I brought this disappointing circumstance to the attention of the dealership. They honored my request for full reimbursement of the install cost and issued their check. This experience revealed that the dealership acted with honor and integrity. Accordingly, I am comfortable recommending this dealership. Mustafa in management, Joordy in sales, and Brian in service are a pleasure to deal with and proved that they are devoted to customer satisfaction.

Nice dealership to deal with I did not purchase the car I was looking at for my own reasons. Jordy was very helpful and not your typical salesman. I would definitely recommend the dealership.

Highly recommend .

Highly recommend . Spoke with Pam when setting up an appointment who was really nice. I then came in to be kindly greeted by Dylan. He was great! Gave great service and made me enjoy my experience.
