Got my car in the shop in a pinch. Excellent communication. Made sure it was safe to drive before I picked it up.

Armando was excellent in repairing my car. He bent over backwards to help me out at the last minute. Volvo cars of bend always comes through for me. Great svc department!

The guys in the service dept are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We have always had a great service experience with our older Volvo. The problem is always taken care of in a timely manner!

Overpriced for every type of repair. The only good thing about this dealership is that there are plenty of appointments available, most likely because nobody wants to bring their car in due to ridiculous charges.

Purchased a used Qx 80 Infinity , I flew in from Denver and drove it home. They took lots if photos and described every flaw it had. Truck was is beautiful condition. I would fly back and buy another! Experience was great, Thanks guys

we came in at 5:30 to look at a few trucks and Bill was so rude to us, he was SO inconvenienced by the fact that we were there 30 before closing. He mentioned several times that they were about to close and was irritated that he had to get keys for a few cars. He said come back tomorrow and you can test drive a car for 20 mins....20 mins?! all other dealerships in town are offering 1 hour test drives. just a horrible experience overall and we will NEVER come back

These guys shotgun your credit scores. They hit my credit 10 times for 1 vehicle inquiry. Screwed up my credit score. You guys are listed

Very friendly and helpful in taking me through the different functions and benefits the car offers for performance, safety, and convenience. Picked me up at airport and made sure I was well informed on the ownership process that we would go through to complete the transaction.
