SCAM SCAM SCAM LYING AWFUL SCAMMERS
NO NO NO NO SCAM ALERT NO!!!! Came in to buy a jeep advertised at 24k with full knowledge that that would not include the sales tax, title fees and other normal fees that are involved when it comes to buying a car that normally total up to about 2k extra. Sometimes more and I am not a “Karen” by any means so I’m flexible as long as everything is honest and transparent. I called multiple times in advance to talk about the vehicle and confirm pricing and was given the advertised price every single time. So imagine my shock when after driving 4 hours to get to this dealership and spending an additional 4 hours in the office waiting for financing to be completed, I was handed a paper saying that my total cost would be $46,000!!!!! THEY WANTED TO ADD $22,000 IN FEES AND PLAY IT OFF AS NORMAL POST COVID CAR BUYING!!!!! I knew it was bs because immediately after saying that was ridiculous the manager took off $10k like it was nothing which told me everything I needed to know about how these “fees” were BS ways for them to pocket money and these peoples scamming business practices. They got me to drive 4 hours to their dealership promising the price of a car, only to try and scam me and charge me for the price of 2 of the same car once they thought I was backed into a corner and would take that abuse after doing everything I did to get their in the first place. Finance manager especially has zero moral compass and is an awful scammer with the body type of the grinch. Please don’t go.

BAIT AND SWITCH ADVERTISING STAY AWAY!
If I could give a zero review I would. I knew the price was too good and assumed they would hit me with some dealer prep fees, or insist i get financing and or a warranty through them but I was sooo off. I did read the reviews and I went there anyway because the car was what I wanted. Again I knew the price shown was BS and not going to be the price but again I went any way. I called before I drove 40 minutes. I asked the salesman before we started. I asked the salesman in person several times through the process. I was told several times that all the dealer charged was about $800 in fees. I still was skeptical; and stayed around. After a wasted morning I finally got the price. Besides the Gap insurance, warranty and what ever other costs I was hit with a close to $9,000 additional fee. Let me be clear. The $9k was on top of all other BS fees they were charging. The $9k was sold to me that is was the "required down payment". I asked then what was this other down payment. The other is down payment is what I said I would give for a down payment. Ready for this, the $9,000 "required down payment" was the cost to get the purchase price down to the advertise sales price. Just so you can understand the advertised price was $19,290. So they added roughly 50% to the price . I loved what the salesman said to me "did you really think the car was valued at the advertised price". LOL No that is why I asked numerous times. Stay far far away from!

Took care if me
Thanks you to the fine gentlemen of this establishment. My credit was far from approval-worthy but they made it happen, somehow. Unlike other places they try to force you into some barely put together car, these guys put me into a reliable vehicle that will help me build my credit and drive my family. Thanks again!!!

The Champions of Champion
I love this place! Mainly due to the staff’s great energy and environment. I recently bought a Dodge Charger. The whole process was very smooth and most importantly transparent. The car was in great shape, and they even helped return the rental car I came in on my behalf. Special shout-out to my salesman Karim who went over and beyond every step of the way!

Waste of time
Don't waste your time. They lure people in with their great prices than once your there they add a bunch of fees on! They don't own their cars the bank does that they only want you to finance with. If your paying cash they will raise the price.

The price is NOT the price!!!
Buyer beware!!! The price listed is not the actual price. Went there with hopes of purchasing car they listed and found out it was a different price. A price they wouldn’t even tell me in case I wanted to buy outright. A total waste of time. Go else where!!!

Crown Auto Sales of JC Are the most dangerous fake
Crown Auto Sales of JC Are the most dangerous fake advertising con artists I've ever encountered. I was trying to buy a 2018 Audi Q5, which had a sticker price of 21500 dollars. After they lured me in and ran my credit, they increased the price to 27500 dollars while insisting that they had posted the car's sticker price incorrectly. When I refused to buy the car, they threatened to fight me. Please don't fall for their tricks.

Poor to No communication, and high fees
Communication is almost non existent. I have messaged them and sent emails, both on Cars.com and the website, and also texts, which they specify to do, with either no response or an automated response. I have asked about the price of this vehicle including any dealer fees many times. Eventually I called them and asked about the pricing. I was told to make an appointment and come in to talk to a sales person. The dealership is not close to me so wasting my time to drive there so I can have my questions answered isn't going to work. I understand they want to get people into the dealership because its easier to pressure you into buying but in todays world most everything is done online. If I could have got my questions answered I would have likely purchased the vehicle online and had it shipped to me. I guess they aren't interested in selling other than in person.
